We supply floor plans and data for the marketing of residential apartments on the Internet and in print media. Especially for the Internet, we have developed floor plan types which are optimised in their information density, file format, suitability for transmission and presentation form.

The digital floor plans are recorded on site with modern laser equipment, handheld computers and especially programmed CAD data capture programs. The fittings and appointments in the apartments and the central installations are recorded and structured in a database. As a simplified variant, we can also create the floor plans from the files in your archive.

We also provide complete floor plans for the whole building and for each storey to facilitate the planning of alterations.

The floor space calculation is carried out according to the residential space regulations (WoFlV), the Second Rent Calculation Ordinance (2. BV)  or DIN 277. We can coordinate the calculated area values with your data portfolio.

Using our tried and tested 1000hands project organisation system, experience shows that we can record up to 99% of the occupied residential units.
