The Company

1000hands has specialised in recording as-built data, surveying buildings, preparing digital CAD building drawings and models and floor space and facility management. The digital building files and CAD drawings are supplied for all standard CAD and FM systems.

In typical large-scale projects, more than 20 surveying teams work simultaneously under the direction of 1000hands, equipped with state-of-the-art technology for interior and exterior measurements. The results are recorded in graphical form by up to 100 CAD specialists and refined. This means that a monthly output of more than 500,000 sq.m is possible with the highest quality.

We work for our world-wide customers based upon local and international standards. Our subsidiaries are located at Hamburg, Essen, Frankfurt and Stuttgart.

Management

The Board of Directors of 1000hands AG consists of Bernd Müller, Dr.-Ing. and Carsten Milbach, Dipl.-Ing.

Both members of the Board of Directors graduated as industrial engineer at the Technical University of Berlin and have 15 years of business experience in the international CAD and CAFM business.

Board of Supervisors

Solicitor and notary Dr. Knauthe (Chairman), founder of the most famous German law firm for property law.

Professor Dr. May, an internationally active CAFM expert, is the director of the first FM training seminar at a German higher education institute (FHTW Berlin) and the CCFM competence centre.
