The basis for planning alterations

We provide all types of architectural plans to comply with various standards for conversion and refurbishment planning and the subsequent documentation of the building.

The degree of detail in the resulting CAD plans depends on the client's requirements. The plans range from outline floor plans used to plan room allocation to detailed surveys including all irregular shapes and deformations for the reconstruction of listed buildings.

After the geometry of the building has been recorded on-site, the raw data for the dimensions and geometry are checked in our company by experienced architects and construction engineers. This interpretation is the basis for a correct two-dimensional as-built drawing or a three-dimensional model of the building.

We have more than 100 licences for the standard CAD programs that are available on the market.  Our specialists have more than 100 million sq.m of design experience with 2D and 3D design.
