The on-line buildings archive offers modern archiving technology on the Internet. All archived floor plans and data are available in seconds. There is a direct link to data maintenance on demand – you can call up our services, such as on-site measurement and CAD processing, within fixed short response times.  

Appraisal and recording of the existing situation

The buildings are measured, or existing data and plans are processed. Data on the fittings and appointments are determined on site. The result is a digital as-built plan of the apartments, buildings or plots of land in any desired CAD or CAFM format and tables and evaluations as an Excel list.

Framework agreement for CAD outsourcing

If desired, you can conclude a framework agreement with us which will define all terms and services for complete outsourcing. You will be able to call on an individually assembled CAD team with defined contact persons and modern CAD systems.

CAD plans without a CAD system

You don't need your own CAD system. In addition to the CAD format, all plans are also stored in PDF format in the buildings archive. You can view and print the current plans as PDF files at any time from your own workplace.

Go & CAD

To maintain your data, we integrate conversion work and alterations into the CAD plans. Fast updating orders can be triggered on-line with the “Go & CAD” command.

Back-up

All data and CAD plans that are stored on our central servers are regularly backed up on CDs, which we then send to you. This ensures that no data are lost and you always have complete control over your plans.

Plot & Post

You don't need your own large format printing facilities because we can supply your plans in any large format. You select the required plans on-line in the buildings archive, we plot them and send them by express.
